Our Merge with MOVABLE

A message from our Principal, George Rafty:

To all our valued clients and customers,

As we move into 2023, Rose and I have decided to partner with a reputable Property Management Department to provide greater support and resources to our landlords. On that note, we are excited to announce that we have merged our property management department with MOVABLE.

Our property management business will join MOVABLE's Property Management Department which is located at 92 Darby Street Cooks Hill, and George Rafty Property Management will trade as MOVABLE from the 1st of February 2023.

Tenants will continue to pay into the same trust account, and landlord & supplier payments will continue as normal. Your Property Management Team of Kathryn, Emily, Karlie and Karina will also stay the same, with even more support and resources behind them.

Whilst Rose and I will continue to run the sales department here at First National Newcastle City, we are extremely excited that we are now merging our Property Management Department with MOVABLE so that we can provide you with the ultimate service.
